Digital Products

As our products are digital software downloads, refund requests are evaluated individually. Refunds may be granted in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described.
  • Duplicate purchases.
  • Accidental purchases.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The issue can be resolved through technical support.
  • The product was purchased by mistake after reviewing the product description and features.
